Landowners

Landowners run businesses that provide Citizens and Faction Members with the jobs necessary to earn Tokens. In return, Citizens and Faction Members pay Rent to the Landowner for the Tokens earned. If a Landowner’s businesses are on Faction controlled Land, they will pay a tax to that Faction based on Tokens earned. Businesses can be upgraded through the use of Tokens. Upgraded businesses allow Characters to produce Tokens faster when working and Faction Members to earn more influence points when fighting.
The attributes of the Land owned by the Landowner are:
Size
​Working capacity (how many Characters are allowed to work at one given time)
Influence points (how many influence points are distributed to a winning Faction after the fight)
